Tickets are valid only for the designated date & timeslot on the ticket. If a flex ticket was selected at time of purchase, you will be able to reschedule prior to the event but you must do so online, through the booking platform prior to arriving at the event. Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Anything promised that is unfilled is not guaranteed and not grounds for a refund. If the event is postponed, we will contact you and allow the ticket to be rescheduled to alternate dates at times at the same value of the ticket type purchased and is subject to availability.

RULES & PARTICIPATION
You will not exit your vehicle or trolley at any time during the light show. You will not stop for long periods of timing, causing traffic or a backlog within the show. You will not hang, dangle or lean outside of your vehicle or trolley window at any any time. You will follow the direction of staff and park attendants. Should an emergency arise, our attendants will guide you to the emergency exit.

WARNING
The show contains bright, flashing lights that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Consumer discretion is advised.

PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING NOTICE
During your visit, you may be recorded or photographed by or on behalf of Glow Light Show. Your purchase/entry serves as permission for use of your image by Glow Light Show. At times recordings/photographs are requested by the media for promotional consideration. Glow Light Show may also share the recorded video or photographs after the program, for future promotional efforts.
